This proposal is in response to solicitation of ideas regarding plan expansion by MARTA into southeast DeKalb County. The current town meeting format will not allow a representative of ICIM, Inc. to attend the public forum in this area. Insuring all interested parties have opportunities to present their case is ICIM=s concern no less than it is MARTA=s. Therefore, ICIM has prepared a concept proposal outlining the important considerations for consumers in this area. If this concept is accepted, a more detail construction proposal will be submitted.
