Gasping in horror while fighting reality, the world slid backwards into 1938. Ariel Sharon is the same type of destabilizing force as Adolf Hitler was in Europe beginning in 1933. Unchecked, Hitler grew bolder, as he occupied the Sudetenland (9-30-38). Hitler's claims to Czechoslovakian soil were based on the same type of spurious claims Israel is using to take Palestinian land. The coup de grace is that "one can never appease a greedy bully." Although, Hitler, as Sharon, claimed vociferously, he "only" wanted what he took at the time, it was Poland that convinced Great Britain that "Hitler must be stopped at the door." Israel has shown that once allowed inside the house, one may have to destroy the house to get them out.

Arab leaders have reluctantly come to the same realization as Britain. The only questions that remain are, when to hold an emergency meeting and how to tell the world they will immediately begin increasing their military budgets in anticipation of an inevitable war in the Middle East? Struggling to avoid a preemptive strike by Israel or its assassination squads once they are all in the same room, most leaders prefer a web cast. However, security concerns are too great for leaders without sophisticated Internet systems in place. The large oil producing states have always sought to avoid such a confrontation. But now even they are convinced Israel is behaving like a mad dog. Afraid of losing to Israel, ministers are exploring ways to cap wells, locking petroleum in the ground, in case the destruction of production infrastructures becomes necessary. Considered a very drastic step, such a prospect would have disastrous consequences for the West. European economies have the most to lose under such a scenario.

Worse than in the Warsaw ghetto, desperate young Palestinians are driven by the realization that Arab states bowing to America have abandoned them to appease Ariel Sharon and Jewish demands for more land. A penniless people, their lives reduced to rubble, Palestinians are dying over sand, like it is gold. All they can do is water the land with blood as bombers sprout anew with the sun, a small price to pay for a place to call home. That same desire is Israeli's claim to the land they take each day with a gun. When the Germans rolled into the Sudetenland, world leaders did not see it as the prelude to WWII and its holocaust. The United Nations World Conference Against Racism, Xenophobia, Racial Discrimination and Related Intolerance (WCAR) has turned its back on Palestinians and slave descendants in the Diaspora. How can the world discuss racism and not hear testimony from the victims of the two worse offenders of human rights today, Israel and America? WCAR is a sham.
