We pledge our allegiance now to the man

because we the people will not take a stand.

The end of our future quickly draws near.

as too many people succumb to the fear.

The dreams of the many are squashed like a bug

cause the people are lead by mean little thug.

Forcing the naives to do as they're told

like many past tyrants and dictators bold.

Changing the laws, creating confusion.

Pretending to care is just an illusion.

Trying to change the American way.

sapping our strength from us every day.

Creating some fear where there is none.

Tearing us down until we are done.

Dividing to conquer by using religion.

Using our faith to create indecision.

The things we are taught in all of their schools

are now meant to make us their puppets and fools.

The games that we learn, the toys that they make,

instilling their values, shallow and fake.

These corporate crooks own me and you.

They buy all of them that represent too.

With a stroke of a pen on a corporate note

ensuring they get the most positive vote.

It's "Home Grown" terror to spook all the sheep

to anaesthetize you and rock you to sleep.

Providing smoke screens for all of that they do

while stealing this country from me and from you.

A few very rich and powerful folk

are pulling your strings and that ain't no joke.

From the time you are born to your very last day

they're constantly making you see things their way.

"Homeland Security," wow what a joke!

If you believe that, then you've had a stoke.

It's the instrument used to destroy and to shred

the freedoms you had while you're playing dead.

This new world of ours is the same as the old.

The visions we had, sold for pieces of gold.

Big brother and friends are taking your rights.

The commies and Nazis got you in their sights.

Nothing has changed throughout all the years.

The royals still rule by playing on fears,

and using those fears to get what they want.

Each dream that we have, they constantly haunt.

The meanest of creatures squirm to the top.

They're cruel and evil, and they never stop

till they have the power and wealth to control

your body and mind and even your soul.

So, welcome my friend to the home of the slave.

To fight for what's right you have to be brave,

or justice for all will fly out the door

and the liberty bell will ring never more.

The Dark Knight-Batman/White Ninja/Zorro is a pre-teen. As a group, these young people oftentimes seem invincible. When older folks bundle up against the chill, pre-teens stroll around in clothes that reveal flesh as if it is summer. Forced to wear a sweater to school, he came home with it thrown over his shoulder. When warned he would be sent to school even if he caught a cold, the Dark One/Ninja/Zorro groused, “Grandma, I didn’t say I was going to catch a cold.”

Influenza (1173-1960)

A highly contagious respiratory disease, influenza is characterized by sudden chills, fever, headaches, muscular pains and malaise. In addition to influenza, other popular terms applied to common respiratory diseases and gastrointestinal tract symptoms are “flu” and “grippe.”

In 1173, the first recorded influenza epidemic occurred in Italy, Germany and England. The first recorded pandemic, which occurred in 1580, resulted in the death of thousands daily. The term “influenza” first came into common English usage during the European epidemic of 1743, which was followed by 24 pandemics on every continent. These pandemics increased in frequency and severity until the 1918 pandemic, which cost 20 million lives.

In 1932, British bacteriologist Wilson Smith solved the influenza riddle with the discovery of the influenza A virus, which causes typical pandemics. Influenza A epidemics start abruptly, peak in two weeks, and subside rapidly after attacking about 40 percent of the urban population. It becomes widely seeded in avirulent form during summer months and remains dormant until cold weather precipitates outbreaks; its virulence increases with the rapid spread of the infection in susceptible individuals. Influenza A virus causes major winter epidemics, which recur at two- to four-year intervals as a result of the decline in the effective immunity of a population and the emergence of new virus strains.

Influenza A’ replaced the influenza A, which prevailed between 1933 and 1945. Isolated in epidemics in South Africa and Australia (1950), England (1951), Europe, Japan and the United States (1952), these strains showed marked antigenic changes. Striking changes in the strains of influenza A’ virus were detected in China in 1957; this virus was responsible for the Asiatic pandemic.

During the 1940 epidemic, US scientist Thomas Francis isolated the influenza B virus and its antibodies in convalescing patients. Generally, influenza B viruses cause moderate epidemics, which occur at four- to six-year intervals. Richard Moreland Taylor discovered the influenza C virus in the 1949 epidemic. Influenza C causes mild outbreaks that can occur at any time. Influenza B and C occur sporadically in schools and camps. In the 1953 epidemic in Japan, A. Sendai isolated the influenza D virus.

Alphabets are used to identify influenza viruses. They simply represent the order in which these viruses were discovered. It is worthwhile to note that infection with one influenza virus does not provide immunity against any of the other virus strains. Indeed, unlike viruses such as measles, smallpox and yellow fever, influenza viruses frequently change their antigenic nature, so immunity after an attack ceases to be effective. This characteristic limits the usefulness of influenza vaccination. Indeed, the use of vaccines to prevent influenza outbreaks has been blamed for causing epidemics. Vaccination Condemned

All the doctors and people who were living at the time of the 1918 Spanish Influenza epidemic say it was the most terrible disease the world has ever had. Strong men, hale and hearty, one day would be dead the next. The disease had the characteristics of the black death added to typhoid, diphtheria, pneumonia, smallpox, paralysis and all the diseases the people had been vaccinated with immediately following World War 1. Practically the entire population had been injected “seeded” with a dozen or more diseases — or toxic serums. When all those doctor-made diseases started breaking out all at once it was tragic.

That pandemic dragged on for two years, kept alive with the addition of more poison drugs administered by the doctors who tried to suppress the symptoms. As far as I could find out, the flu hit only the vaccinated. Those who had refused the shots escaped the flu. My family had refused all the vaccinations so we remained well all the time

When the flu was at its peak, all the stores were closed as well as the schools, businesses — even the hospital, as the doctors and nurses had been vaccinated too and were down with the flu. We seemed to be the only family which didn’t get the flu; so my parents went from house to house doing what they could to look after the sick.

If it were possible for germs, bacteria, virus, or bacilli to cause disease, my parents spent many hours a day in the sick rooms. But they didn’t get the flu and they didn’t bring any germs home to attack us children. None of our family had the flu — not even a sniffle— and it was in the winter with deep snow on the ground.

To BARDA for You

According to Barbara Loe Fisher, president of The National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC), “The Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005 (S-1873), will give billions in taxpayer dollars to pharmaceutical companies for manufacturing drugs and vaccines the government can force citizens to take while absolving them of any responsibility for injuries and deaths that occur.” A power and money grab similar to the Homeland Security Act 2002 and Project Bioshield Act 2004, this unprecedented and unconstitutional legislation will allow makers of painkillers like Vioxx, anti-depressants like Ritalin and vaccines for diseases like Hepatitis B and/or anthrax, which have injured or killed thousands of children and adults, to avoid accountability in civil court. But, that is not all. Under this act, those who refuse the vaccine can be imprisoned without trial.

Since Congress created the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) in 1986, vaccine makers have been shielded against liability in civil court. VICP set up a mandatory arbitration system that prevents vaccine victims from going to court. Although the program has awarded nearly $2 billion to vaccination victims, only one out of every three plaintiffs are compensated.

Under S-1873 federal health agencies will gain the power to force citizens to be vaccinated without any assurance of safety. Going one step further, Subcommittee Chairman Senator Richard Burr’s (R-NC) bill establishes the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency (BARDA), as the single authority for advanced research and development of drugs and vaccines in response to bioterrorism and natural disease outbreaks, such as the flu. Exempt from the Freedom of Information Act and the Federal Advisory Committee Act, BARDA will operate in secret. Burr’s bill gives the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) sole authority to decide whether a manufacturer violated laws of mandating drug safety and bans citizens from challenging his decision in civil court. The sole requirement for allowing drug companies to avoid liability is that the Secretary labeled drugs and/or vaccines as "countermeasures."

Cosponsoring this giveaway are some of big pharma’s best backers, Democrats and Republicans. They include Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN), Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee Chairman Mike Enzi (R-WY), and Senate Budget Committee Chairman Judd Gregg (R-NH). Once the HHS Secretary declares a “countermeasure,” it’s to BARDA for you!

Disgruntled says: During the impeachment proceedings against former US President Bill Clinton, former Georgia Congressman Bob Barr staunchly advocated the rule of law in leveling charges against Clinton. Barr has teamed up with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to oppose certain provisions of the Patriot Act. Like many others, Barr believes the US is on a slippery slope to becoming a totalitarian state with fear being used by those in power to trample individual constitutional rights. Unfortunately, the public is too cowed by fear of another terrorist attack or virus to fight. With few to defend it, the Constitution is in peril. A Capital Hill Blue report by Doug Thompson (12-09-05) cited sources in a meeting with Bush on renewing the Patriot Act in which Bush referred to the Constitution as “just a goddamned piece of paper.” Barr is right, in the highest office in the land, there is no respect for the rule of law.

Disgruntled wants to know: Thousands of Hurricane Katrina victims have not returned to New Orleans. Their homes remain uninhabitable or completely destroyed. Many of these are blacks that lived in the Ninth Ward. Many still lack permanent housing or jobs. Adding to the city’s negative employment picture, Tulane University recently announced the layoff of more than two hundred faculty members. Yet, amidst all this ongoing grief and suffering, white folks are planning Mardi Gras as usual. Those without jobs and homes and family members still unidentified in morgues must wonder, what is the party celebrating?

Disgruntled feels: Diminished! Every time the state kills a person or uses war to achieve a political purpose, society loses some of its humanity. The US is the only civilized nation that employs capital punishment; its state killings and wars of aggression send the world a deadly message, i.e., diplomacy and compassion are not arrows in our quiver; weapons in the US arsenal bring death and destruction. Just as the US lost much treasure and prestige in the war of aggression against Iraq, it gained nothing in killing Stanley “Tookie” Williams. In fact, in the eyes of the civilized world, the US was further diminished.

The Cold Reality

Researchers have discovered that the 1918 Flu Epidemic was caused by US doctors and vaccine makers. Trying to suppress the symptoms of typhoid with a stronger vaccine, they created something worse than typhoid. This vaccine-induced disease resulted from administering many different vaccines that reacted like poison in the body. Hoping to avoid blame, doctors called it Spanish Influenza.

US doctors and vaccine makers profit greatly from making vaccines for diseases they create. Asiatic flu vaccine was just such a profiteering scheme back in 1957. An editorial in the Herald and Express pointed out: The whole thing is driven by those who make and sell vaccines. Even the US Health Department is stooge for the panic. It has issued statements that frighten the public, rather than stating that this epidemic may not be any more dangerous than the usual influenza-like colds that come every winter.

Promoters of the so-called swine flu claimed, like the 1918 flu, it would kill 20 million people. President Gerald Ford (1976) was conned into a $135 million vaccine racket to protect vaccine-epidemic makers because insurance companies refused to go along with such a dangerous and crooked scheme that could cost billions in lawsuits. Doctors knew there would be no swine flu epidemic, unless vaccine promoters made one like they did in the 1918 flu epidemic. Moreover, it would not kill 20 million people, unless people submitted to the disease-producing shots.

A bizarre pneumonia-like illness, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), was billed as the latest mysteriously mutating “supergerm.” Unchecked, it would decimate a third to half of the world’s population. SARS, like the current avian flu fright, had a military-medical-pharmaceutical-petrochemical industrial origin. The London-based Institute of Science in Society (IoSS) posed the question, was SARS genetically engineered? Another classic question is, why were toxic carcinogenic organophosphate pesticides deployed against humans to kill “mosquitoes,” supposedly to stop the “West Nile Virus?”

What the media is not telling people is, other forms of flu kill more than 40,000 North Americans annually. Avian flu is said to have killed only “about 65 people” in Southeast Asia during the past two years! Currently, the H5N1 strain of avian flu virus has never readily jumped from human to human, and not commonly from birds to humans. But the U.S. Senate has approved a $3.9 billion package to buy vaccines and antiviral medications, and the Bush Administration will request an additional $6 to $10 billion.

A list of vaccinations that includes the first swine flu, polio, smallpox, anthrax, hepatitis B and Asian flu vaccines, as well as AIDS drugs have had horrible results. Most recently, the Lyme disease vaccine crippled approximately 750,000 people months after release and prior to FDA recall.

The cold reality is avian flu vaccine stockpiling by the US government will help the Sanofi-Pasteur company on behalf of Sanofi-Aventis, Chiron and “Tamiflu,” an antiviral manufactured by Roche to make billions at public expense.
