About ICIM, Inc.

ICIM, Inc. (Intuit Creative Ideas Manifested) is a multi-purpose organization providing a unique opportunity for creative individuals to manifest their dreams.  This company represents an easily accessible vehicle for African American artists struggling to find expression in an otherwise closed marketplace.  Concurrently, young African Americans desperately need to develop an entrepreneurial perspective.  Furthermore, artistic expression and the profit motive have always been compatible, but middlemen, rather than artists historically reap the benefits.  Therefore, the goal of ICIM Inc. is to create a self-help network within the African American community to market products and foster entrepreneurs among young African American artists and performers.

The challenge of the 21st century for African America is to avoid the mental trap of class locality, that is, identifying with socioeconomic demographics as one's community as opposed to family connections and historical significance.  The latter concept affords ICIM the opportunity to approach increased access to community resources as a right of citizenship rather than one of class.  The Richard L. Kirksey Jr. Memorial Foundation is the non-profit operation manifesting ICIM's commitment to community development. Through this foundation ICIM pays real dividends in investors' confidence.

The goal of the company's non-profit programming is to provide opportunities for young artists and performers to develop their skills, while teaching them sound business practices.  This prospectus presents two (2) types of investment opportunities: Profit-making ventures and non-profit contributions. Investors select the instrument which best reflects their level of commitment, and desire to make a positive impact on the development of youth and the community.

ICIM is seeking support to fill a desperate need for an economic base and real social improvements.  African Americans learned during the 1960's the power of unity.  In order to prepare for the challenges of the 21st century and the new millennium, African Americans must rekindle the spirit of the 60's and the dream spawned during those times.
